Our Causes

Education

EFAW is primarily concerned with girl child education especially in Africa where the number of out-of-school girls is deplorably high. we recognize the transformative nature of education and its pivotal role in the achievement of sustainable development.

Women’s Rights

EFAW advocates for the right of women to equal access to quality education and in other spheres of social interaction. The right to education is a human right that must be protected and freely exercised so that everyone can achieve their full potential.

Sustainable Development

Sustainable development will remain a mirage without input from women, who often, constitute half of the world’s population (UN).
